In 2021–22, Customer Services received 290,031 phone calls and managed 44,810 emails.

As we continually enhance our digital services, there is a consistent corresponding decrease in phone and email as customers’ preferred channels of communication in 2021–22. Our customers overwhelmingly prefer the convenience of online platforms.
