We provide information for our customers using a suite of online tools that allow customers to gain awareness and understanding of their legislative obligations and entitlements.
These include online recorded webinars, short videos and peak body seminar and webinar presentations.
This year we held 14 customer education online webinars and presentations, to a total of 1164 customers.
Our education team also manages numerous decision tools on our website, on topics including land tax, buying and owning property, payroll tax, the commercial passenger vehicle service levy, and the growth areas infrastructure contribution.
